Edna Owens

Edna M. Owens was born to the late Johnny and Maurine McKee.   She was proceeded in death by two brothers Budweiser McKee and Sam McKee., and one a daughter Theresa Ann McKee.

She loved reading books and going to church. She was very committed to her family. Our mother cared for the elderly and was very dedicated to her job at Crowne Health Care and Georgiana nursing facility. Momma would go the battle with anyone about her children or grandchildren. She would even get mad at us if we gave them a spanking. She also loves to shop especially for shoes and dresses. She loved going to the nail shop for a manicure. She will truly be missed but not forgotten especially by your loving husband.

 She leaves to cherish her memories a loving husband Willie James Owens Jr., and six children: Lethea McKee, LaRhonda (Kevin) Peagler, Lakita Owens, Willie (Kimmie) Owens, William (Alicia) Owens all of Greenville, AL., Andrea(Corey) Flower of Orlando, FL.,six stepchildren: Jackie Owens, Lovella Owens, Greenville, Al., Patricia (David) Reese, Prattville, AL., Rebecca Owens, Michelle(Johnny) Daniels and Leroy Owens, three Loving brothers: Johnny McKee, Allen McKee, and Willie McKee,  a devoted uncle and aunt Robert and Ceola Bennett,  brother-in-law's, sister-in-law's,  two devoted sister-in-law Shirley McKee, and Betty (Alvin) Crenshaw, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, two devoted grandchildren Justice Owens Peagler and Brandon McKee, nieces, nephews and cousins. She also leaves a loving and devoted neighbor Mary Robinson.
