Elder Robbin Powell

     Robbin Earl Powell was born November 11, 1961 to the late Deacon Singer Lee Powell, Sr. (Viola). He married his wife, Norrese D.

Jackson on June 29, 1991 and to this union two children were born, Britney Y. Powell (Lawrenceville, GA) and Tyler A. Powell (Greenville, AL). Robbin’s daughter, Asia F. Powell (Magnolia, NC), and 2

grandsons, Jaiden T. Trask (GA) and Ayden M. Carney (NC).

    Robbin graduated from Greenville High School in 1980 then moved to Bridgeport, CT  later he moved to NY. Robbin worked for

Harvey Hubbell 7 years. King Kullen Grocery Warehouse & General Welding were his last two jobs.

    Robbin moved back to Alabama in August 2001 and started his own landscaping business.  In addition to serving as Bridge Pastor of Salem Missionary Baptist Church, Robbin holds the position of Elder at the Macie Herbert S.D.A. Church.

    Robbin leaves to cherish his memory his

devoted wife of 28 years Norrese D. Powell, 3 children Britney Y. Powell (GA), Asia F.

Powell (NC), Tyler Powell (AL); 2 grandsons,

Jaiden T. Trask (GA) and Ayden M. Carney (NC), 15 siblings: John Powell (Min. Priscilla), Callie Saunders (John) and Bettie Smith (CT), Ethel French (Earnest), Clara Clark, Joeann Graham (Henry), Lucille Jones, Artice Faye Hale (Bishop Hale), Elaine Powell-Belnavis, James Powell (Stephanie) (NY),  Singer Lee Powell, Jr. (Shirley), and Tommie Powell (Cleo) (AL), Samuel Powell (Karen) (VA),

Ezekiel Powell (Levonne) (SC), Dr. Ernestine Wells (GA), 2 sisters-in-law: LaShonda Jackson and Patricia Curtis; 3 brothers-in-law: Daren Jackson, Alfred Jackson and Walter Jackson (Valencia) (CT) and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Very Special Friends.

     Robbin loved cooking and working on cars.
