Elijah Womack was born November 9, 1951 in Greenville, Alabama to Mrs. Mattie Pearl Robinson and the late Mr. Archie Womack Sr.
Elijah accepted Christ at an early age. He became a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Greenville, Alabama.
He was precede in death by grandparents Rosie & Arthur Dean, Archie & Charlie Womack, Rebecca Cook; uncles: Elijah Womack and Baine Cook; aunts: Geraldine Cook and Dorothy Moorer.
Elijah enjoyed fishing, cooking and watching his favorite television show “Family Feud”. He also loved watching football and his favorite team was the Auburn Tigers.
To cherish his memories, he leaves behind his parents: Mattie Pearl and Al D. Robinson; three sons: Jerome Johnson, Adrian “Pop” Reese and Zachary “Jay” Jermaine Shealey (Ashley); Grandchildren– Great grandchildren Sisters: Dale Whetstone, Greenville. Al, Onita (AC) Payne, Racine, MI; Rosemary (Johnny) Rudolph, Greenville, AL; Roxie (Alvin) Briggs, Montgomery, AL; Diane (Timothy) Dumas, Jacksonville, FL; Melvin (Angela) Womack, Snellville, GA; and Mary Earl Womack, Greenville, AL; Aunts: Etta Mae Neal, Helen Womack both of Greenville, AL and Thelma Cross, Birmingham, AL; Uncle: John Frazier Cook, Greenville, Al; Special Friend: Lois Scott; Devoted Friends: David Mack and Julius Wilson, a host of nieces, nephews and special nephew Ken Womack, cousins and friends
