On September 19, 2019, God granted our love his wings. As he entered Heaven Gates. He joined his parents: the late Rayfield and Cora Mae Grayson; His baby brother: Isaac Grayson and Sister: Lizzie Mae Anderson.
Leonard was born June 19, 1953 in Forest Home, Alabama. He joined Zion Rest A.M.E. Zion church and remained a faithful member until his health failed. He attended School and graduated from W. J. Jones High School with the class of 1972. After graduating High School, he became a man of many talents, he worked several years on the Pipe Line in Georgia, numerous plants doing assembly work, but after all was said and done he finally found work as a proud log truck driver, that he Loved. Leonard was a very Caring and Loving Person and would do a favor for anybody.

(9) grandchildren: Deondria Smith, Kiara Powell, Alijah Brown, Aniyah Thomas, Demetrius Brown Jr. Dash Brown, Dillion Brown Javoris Brown, Michael Brown Jr. (2) Great Grands: Ma’layzhia Powell, Ery’ianna Powell, (5) sisters: Margaret Savage, Elnora Grayson and Karen Stallworth of Greenville, Alabama; Debbie Johnson and Shari (Lowell) Moorer both of Forest Home, Alabama; (3) brothers: Clarence Johnson of Detroit, Michigan; Kurt Johnson of Montgomery, Alabama and Timothy Grayson of Greenville, Alabama; (2) sisters-in-law: Joanne Carter of Houston Texas and Debra (Kelvin) Moorer of Greenville, Alabama; (5) brothers-in-law: Calvin Anderson, Frank (Betty) McConnico, Clarence Waters, Harold (Ernestine) Carter and Ozell (Shirley) Carter all of Greenville, Alabama; a dedicated friend: Willie Butler (cupcake). A host of special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
