Willard Crook

     Willard Crook Jr. was born May 24, 1972 in Bay Minnette, AL to the Late Mr. Willard & Sadie Mae Crook Sr. 

He departed this life on June 12, 2019 at Regional Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Detra Crook.

He leaves to cherish his memories: His Kids, Demetrius Crook, DyShayla Crook,  Willard Crook III and Zykeria Crook; grandchildren: Demetrius Jr, Dariana, Deanna, Kingston and Isaiah. A loving Fiancé, Kimberly Stallworth; Sisters: Daphne Crook, Gloria Crook, Yvonne Crook, Ashley Crook all of Bay Minnette, AL; Brothers: Troy Crook and Donte Crook both of Bay Minette, AL: Special Uncle: Samuel Adams, Greenville, AL; Aunts: Georgia Mae Mims, Bay Minnette, AL; Mary Adams, Brooklyn, New York; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
