Willie George Marsh were born June 18, 1954 in Greenville, AL. To the late Willie George and Annie Pearl Marsh. He was baptized at St. Paul Baptist Missionary Baptist Church at an early age.
He moved to Valdosta, GA. Shortly after where he was a dedicated employee at Langdale Forestry Company for 47 years; he retired in December 2021.
He leaves to cherish his memories one son Dexter Swift of Valdosta, GA, 5 grandchildren , 5 great-grandchildren, one aunt, Katie Simmons of Greenville, AL., sister Dorothy Baugh of Montgomery, AL,. Ruby Coleman, Teresa (Clarence) Steele both of Greenville, AL., Linda Gail (Willie)Brooks of Ypsilanti, MI, brothers: Joe Frank Marsh of Cincinnati, OH, Bobby Marsh of Columbia, SC. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
