Mr. John Albert Griffin was born on May 3, 1948 to the late Mr. John Nathan & Annie Laura Wilson Griffin.
John worked at Union Camp for thirty years, Priester’s Shelling for nine years and he was a Twin City Security Officer for 1 year and 9 months.
John was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Elijah Griffin and John Griffin; a sister, Annie Griffin Harris and his beloved son, Kenny Albert Henderson.
John leaves to cherish his memories: his wife: Mrs. Nellie Ruth Henderson-Griffin, Ft. Deposit, AL; his children: Latonia Kidd, Luverne, AL; Michelle (Joe) Frost, Greenville, AL; Jessie James Griffin, Greenville, AL; Stacey (Willie) Derrico, Tammy (Yolanda Thomas) McPherson and Danieta (Bob) Bargainer all of Ft. Deposit, AL; 17 grandchildren, 3 greatgrandchildren; his siblings: Tommy Lee Griffin, Willie Albert (Lanetta) Griffin, Willie Earl (LaTeachia) Griffin all of Greenville, AL; Holsie Earl (Clara) Griffin, Montgomery, AL; Pearlene Griffin, Garland, AL; Carrie G. Boggan and Joyce Ann Griffin both of Greenville, AL; his mother-in-law, Nellie Bernice Henderson, 3 brothers-in-law and 1 sister-in-law all of Ft. Deposit, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
