Katie Poole was borne September 21, 1921 in Greenville, Alabama to the late John and Pricilla Womack.

She met and married the late Bishop Ramsey; to this union five children was born, 2 preceded her in death.

Katie departed this life on Monday, November 25, 2019 at Regional Medical Center in Greenville, Alabama at the age of 98.

She leave to cherish her memories: 3 children, James Ramsey of Greenville, AL; John Ramsey of Brooklyn, NY and Pricilla Ramsey of Bronx, NY; 1 sister, L. C. Davis of Birmingham, AL; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
