Mr. Jim Brown Obituary

     Mr. Jim Brown was born on July 7, 1930 to the late  Eddie Brown Sr. and  Mary Smith.

     When he was young he joined Zion Rest A.M.E. Zion Church, later he moved his membership to Spring Hill Baptist Church where he served as deacon for many years.

     He was married to the late Viola Atkins Brown and to this union 10 children were born.

     In his later years he joined Ridgeville Baptist Church  and remained a faithful member and deacon until his death.

     He leave to cherish his memory seven children:  Mary Brown Herbert, Lucy Brown Grandison and Georgia Brown all of Forest Home, Alabama; Jimmie Ruffin of Rosebud, Alabama; Georging B. Searight and Eddie Bargainer both of Greenville, Alabama and Jimmie (Peta) Brown of Georgiana, Alabama; three sisters: Mary Alice Crenshaw, Betty Sue (Donald) Crenshaw both of Greenville, Alabama and Mary Elizabeth (Herman) Payne of Miami, Florida. A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
