Otis Gene Payne was born on February 7, 1950 to the late Mr. Ralph & Mrs. Etta Payne in Greenville, Alabama.
He received Christ at an early age at Pine Top Baptist Church.
He attended Greenville Training School and served in the United States Army for 2 years.
He met and married the late Loraine Payne and to this union no children was born.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Loraine Payne; his parents, Ralph and Etta Payne; siblings: Clarine Gresham, Chester Payne, Jurlene Payne and Deloris Payne.
He departed this life on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Regional Medical Center of Central Alabama in Greenville AL.
He leaves to cherish his memory: brother: Rueben Payne and sister: Katie Payne; Grandson: William Jones, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relative and friends.
