Rosie L Crenshaw

Rosie Lee Crenshaw was born on February 17, 1936 in Greenville, AL to the late Tessie Simmons Miller and  Johnny Miller Sr.

 She joined the Mt. Olive Baptist Church at an early age and was a dedicated member. She enjoyed singing and served as a faithful choir member until her health  failed.

Rosie was united in marriage to the late Johnnie “Ben” Crenshaw and out of this union a son was born, Johnnie Earl Crenshaw.

She departed this life at Crown Health Care of Greenville on June 27, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Tessie Miller;  father, Johnny Miller, Sr.; sister, Tessie Mae Miller; brothers, Johnny Miller Jr., Arthur Miller and nephew, Jeffery Toles.

She leaves wonderful memories to be cherished by her son, Johnnie Earl Crenshaw, Greenville, AL; six sisters: Louise Pledger, Birmingham, AL; Bessie Crenshaw, Shirley Miller both of Greenville, AL; Georgia Thrasher, Sarah Leonard both of Lumberton, NC and Mary Smith of Meridian, MS; two brothers: Clarence Miller of Lumberton, NC and Earle Miller of Chesapeake, VA; a host of nieces, nephews other relative and friends.
