Mr. Rufus Tom Scott (Duh) 95 years old of Birmingham, Alabama
was born on May 1, 1927 in Greenville, Alabama to the Late Mr. Tom and Mrs. Arvilla Scott. He was the eldest of 15 children.
He confessed his life to Christ at an early age and became a member of Pine Level Baptist Church where he served as a good and faithful servant until his death.
During the course of his life Mr. Rufus T. Scott worked as a landscaping entrepreneur. He was known by many and touched the hearts of everyone he knew, always having a smile, laugh or nod. A kind spirit and a willingness to help anyone who asked him. He was a walking blessing favored by God who has walked through heaven’s gates.
He was preceded in death both parents, 6 brothers an 6 sisters.
He leaves to cherish his memories, 2 sisters: Mary Francis McGrady and Annie Mae Scott both of Greenville, Alabama. He leaves a numerous multitude of family, friends, nephews, nieces and love ones.
