Sadie Crenshaw

Mrs. Sadie Mae Crenshaw was born June 16, 1950 to the late Willie “Dollar Bill” Murphy and Katie Ray Cook in Greenville, Alabama.

Mrs. Sadie was married to the late Mr. Leroy “Scoop” Crenshaw and was a member of the Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church.

Mrs. Sadie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son, Milton Crenshaw; her daughters, Beverly Ann Crenshaw and Alice Denise Crenshaw; brothers, Willie Van Cook , Arthur Cook and Charles Cook; Sisters, Mattie Pearl Owens and Helen Larry.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory: her children,  Leonard (Shaun) Cook, Gloria (Tracy) Crenshaw, Jason (Sharon) Crenshaw and  Vincent (Machelle) Crenshaw; 2 sisters, Linda (Peaches) Cook and Alice (Reginald) Cook; 1 brother, Robert Jones;  sister-in-law, Jennette Cook; 2 devoted nieces, Keisha Owens and Deon “DeeDee” Murphy; 2 devoted great grandchildren (Richard and Richtrivianna Powell; 24 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1great great grandchild, a host of niece, nephews, other relatives and friends.
