He is survived by his wife Stacey Phelps, One daughter Kaitlin Phelps, Two Sons Daryl (Alicia) Phelps, & Luke Phelps. Grandkids; Parker Phelps, Aiden Hale, Colby Brock, Gracie Brock. Brother; Larry Phelps. Sister; Patty Whited. Sister-In-Law; Michele Heinmiller.
